      So simple yet so overlooked...

When I first started I used a dream journal. I found that simply putting my dreams down and reading them before bed helped me achieve DILDs almost daily. This is so much simpler then all the complicated methods. This combined with RC's is a simple and surefire way to lucid dreaming!! Just thought I'd let any noobies know

Fine. I'll go to the trouble when I'm finished with my latest technique.

I tried that for a month, and did not reach a single Lucid Dream. I guess it's different for each person.

For me, the easiest thing was to do WBTB after 4-7 hours of sleep. I've managed to become Lucid in all my attempts so far (only 3)

Actually that is not a new thing. It can jugg your memory when you read your previous dreams and boost your confidence if you read your succesful LD takes. Doesn't work for everyone, I quess. I have some particular dream takes I read because if I see that dream again I become instantly lucid
Jujutsu is the gentle art. It's the art where a small man is going to prove to you, no matter how strong you are, no matter how mad you get, that you're going to have to accept defeat. That's what jujutsu is.

I would have have to agree. The simple fact that your paying so much attention to your dreams means its almost inevitable you will achieve lucidity at some point.

That said, your pretty lucky to be managing daily lucids.
      Lucid Dreams:-
      MILD/DILD: 79
      WILD: 13
      DEILD:13
      (TOTAL: 108 )

That's what I'm doing at the moment, since I pretty much only just started again after a few months of not doing anything like RC-ing (Wtf I have deja vu, and even typing about it is part of the deja vu... weird.) After a day of typing up my old dreams, I had a bit of a lucid dream, or a dream of a lucid dream, whatever.

I also think that using a dream journal and doing RC's is a great way for a beginner to start off and is the way I always suggest others start. After somebody has some experience feeling what a LD is and what they are like, then they can move into some of the other techniques.

The long worn out traveler was just now crossing the invisible film of clarity.

      Haha, very true!

The most LDs I've ever had per month was the month that I "talked" to my subconcious.

"Hey! Wow, that was a great lucid dream you created the other night! It was so vivid, it was a work of art. Uh, well, it's the end of the month, so it would be really cool if I were to have a couple more lucid dreams in these last few days. I know I've already reached my quota of two, but I just think it would be cool."

Kinda creepy, now that I think on it...

Maybe it was the expectation, or maybe my subconsious obliged; I'll never know.
Haven't had a lucid dream in 3 years, and I'm looking to get back into it.
