Ok it's not uncommon for me first of all to get Sleep Paralysis. I get it atleast once a month and it's pretty exhillerating. |

I've never had any scary hallucinations before, but the best thing to do is to not freak out, as that can make them worse. |

So the breathing thing is just a hallucination? Sounds confusing and also weird. I thought certain dreams actually effected breathing like holding your breath under water. I would think the same thing would happen during this experience. |

100% Hallucination, unless you were getting suffocated by pillow or someone |

Its called a dream man, or a nightmare if you will |

Cheis. Dailo.
It's tough to bring someone back that never really lived.
Yeah, it's just part of the hallucinations you get in SP. One time I was in SP, my breathing began to get very short and it was hard to take a breath. Then I remembered hearing that only your diaphragm and your eye lids aren't paraylized, so it made me think "what if my diaphragm is paraylized and I really can't breath??!" Ofcourse this made things worse, I calmed down, told myself "it's ok, you can breath" and soon I entered a dream. |
