From feeling vibrations to a lucid dream?

I've noticed that a lot of times when I go to sleep after waking up to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night or when I'm going to take a nap in the middle of the day, after a few minutes of laying down my body feels like its vibrating. My question in, what do I have to do to go from the sensation of vibrations to a lucid dream?

I've tried visualizing an object or my room (which is what I've read I have to do) but it hasn't worked.

      Thanks!

WILD seems to work best for me to...here was what happened to me during a successful WILD.

First I would feel tingling in my feet and hands.
Then my body would start vibrating.
Then my body would go numb.
Then I would hear an awfully loud sound, like a big cruise ship horn.
      Then silence.
Then I wake up from my bed in a dream.

I Had myself to trained to do a reality check every time I woke up cause I noticed I would have several false awakenings. I would always start my dreams in my bed as if I were getting up like normal, then look at my clock, look away then look back.

To get there though you just have to stay calm. Don't get excited cause you feel the tingles and clear your mind. Tell yourself that you will reality check, then just focus on the sensations.

How long does it take for you to go from when your body starts vibrating to "waking up" in your dream? Do you just wait or do you start counting, visualizing stuff, etc?

I'm asking this because after I feel the vibrations I sometimes wait to see what happens but I've waited up to around 20 minutes and nothing happened, there was just silence (that's why I thought I had to do something after feeling the vibrations).

For me it seems as if it only takes a matter of a few minutes, but there is a time that is kind of "void" for me, where I go from nothing. Then it may be 10 seconds or 5 minutes (who knows) before I wake up in a dream. Let your body fall asleep and train yourself to do a reality check everytime after you wake up.

Also the vibrations you feel might be your body testing you to see if it is truly asleep.

Your body is clever when it comes to this and will tell you that it is uncomfortable simply to see if you move, and if you move it tells your mind and body that you are not ready to go into sleep mode.

Let yourself fall asleep, and don't dwell too hard on your thoughts, trying too hard might be where your downfall lies.

Sometimes we only find things after we stop looking for them right?
