      Being in a movie, help

Ok, I am in the dream, and this happens usually 2 times a night in different places and things, i am in the dream, and i notice things around me and everything, and i am moving, but i can't control what im doing.. It's like im following a script to a movie and i have to do all these certain things, its like somethings moving my body around, but it feels like im doing it and i have to follow what im doing. I don't know how to take control, i can remeber that dreams, and as stated above, i can see in them and relize stuff, but i just can't take that extra step and control it. Can someone help me? I couldn't find anything about this in the fourms or on the site, but if it is, im sorry and i would like to be directed to that please.

Are you lucid when this sort of thing happens? If you aren't, make it your dreamsign, so that you know you're dreaming if you can't control yourself. Just think "This is MY dream! I'm in control here! I can do whatever I want." Once you realize that you're dreaming, its all a matter of exerting enough willpower to gain control. I would expect that the more you do it, the easier it will become.
Well life is short, so love the one ya' got, 'cause you might get run over or you might get shot.

It's been four days and you haven't reported back. I'm eager to hear what you have to say.

yeah I think I know what you mean. Sometimes when I'm dreaming I have this feeling that what I'm doing is more important then what I want to do. In my most recent lucid dream I spent a long time watching my DCs playing this odd game before realizing that I should do seomething fun. It's like I feel drawn to staying with the story. Usually I can break away because I'm so focused on my goal. I make sure to think about what I want to dream about next all the time so it's drilled into my head. I always plan things out ahead. Example: When I realize I'm dreaming I will find my dream guide and I will ask him these questions... Then I memorize the questions, knowing I'll probably forget it otherwise. It also prevents me from feeling the wild freedom of doing whatever I want and getting too excited when I plan out my dream in my dream which wakes me up, plus it saves time. I hope this helps.
Dreaming permits each and every one of us to be quietly and safely insane every night of our lives.
