Eat a lot before bed, but try not to eat during the WBTB. |
|
I am currently attempting a WBTB/MILD induction into a dream, and it is my first conscious attempt into lucid dreaming. I have had a few before, but I never really took advantage of them, since I didn't truly understand what I was doing. So anyways, I'm doing a WBTB, but I'm really hungry. Am I allowed to eat? |

I love DEILD! SP is pwnage!
You probably don't want to be so hungry that you can't fall back asleep... on that note, eating can lead you to have less vivid dreams. So if you ARE going to eat, maybe make a lucid-aid rich meal of things that are supposed to increase dream vividness. Or you could just drink some water. |

or apple juice for vividness |

Insanity is the mind's only effective defense against reality.
sometimes dreams are so good that it hurts to wake up... .
