      excercising makes attaining lucidity easy?

      Sooo I noticed something today.
First period i had Gym in school during which I did some aerobic exercises and weight lifting (which were pretty intense). Then after that, I had English during second period. And I've always hated English so I was bored in that class and start to fall asleep. So I was in and out of sleep trying to keep myself awake and before i knew it, I was hearing drum beats (because I was thinking of getting home and playing them) even though there was no one playing them. Obviously I was in HH and soon after that i was in a LD (from which i woke myself up because I did not want to be seen by the teacher). There are couple of amazing things about that. 1) I did not experience SP. 2) I wasn't trying to WILD or LD at all.

So is it possible that aerobic exercises and weight lifting can help induce LD?

Some things that I want to point out:
      • I've tried to WILD during some free periods, but did not have much luck with them.
      • I only get 6 hours of sleep everyday (so I'm usually sleepy in school)
      • I was trying to focus on the book we were reading and the class discussion.

ps. sorry if it sounds a bit confusing. I am not good with organizing my ideas

This is hardly amazing. The majority of the time you will not experience SP. People blow it way out of proportion and it's not really necessary to do anything. You can use it to WILD, but you can also never, ever experience it in your life and still be a lucid dreamer.

Unlikely. There was a thread on this. The essence of it was that association is not causation. One event also hardly defines a pattern.

When there's some boring lesson in school, I always try to sleep and I get HI most of the times and sometimes I even fall asleep even though lots of distracting things happen in my classroom (ppl talking and so on)..

i think it was the fact that you were in a lesson, and when in lesson's we automaticaly switch our brain for concentration. even if you find the lesson boring
