Hi! |
do a reality check.. Or try laying in the position you fall asleep in. |
if you can read this then you are about to be punched
When i attempt wilds, i find it most comftable to lay on my back, and i do RC, I just get stuck, i mean, i hate laying there for like 3 min with a heavey feeling on my chest, it's very umcomftable... |
lol,, thats kinda hard to start painting st00f, when your struggling to breath!!! |
Just focus on your breathing, and dont think about the fact that you are WILDing. The focusing on one thing keeps you aware and not wandering your thoughts till you get into an dream |
I've been at the same point, I was before under the impression that i NEEDED to be in full SP to WILD, however that is not the issue. And i personally find HH amazing |

Ok, heres an update, 2 days ago i tryed a wild, laying on my side on the bed, i felt vibrations, and i coudn't help it, i concentrated on it, after about 1 min of concentrating on the virbrations, it dissaperd, now i'm just lying on the side of the bed, with heavyness on my chest, and virbrations completly gone, 5 min, 10 min went by, and yet nothing, i get bored of waiting, i get up and leave the room( and yes i did a rc) i wasn't dreaming... |

Try not to focus on them. I've had the same thing happen to me and been stuck right where you are. I just dont focus on them anymore and they seem to carry out their duty. But also remember the vibrations are just an indicator. Some people dont even get them. You may have to rely on HH, are you performing this after a WBTB? And if so make sure your not waking yourself up too much because then it will be harder to get back to that sleeping point |

Well that could be one of your primary problems. Its VERY difficult to WILD from the start of sleep, i've only done it maybe once. Its best to do after a WBTB, then you will get the best results. As for the vibrations, just concentrate on breathing, counting, apply an object to each letter of the alphabet. A sound that may be in the room (ex. the fan) |

I would say a good thing is not to try and focus on the body too much and try and separate your body from your mind as much as possible. This is a hard thing to do I guess, but if you don't try it then you'll probably be going through the motions of state-checking all the time by asking yourself " Am I relaxed enough?" " Are the vibrations stronger than the last time I tried?" etc. I'm not sure if you're good at visualising dream-scenes yourself, but if you can focus your mind on trying to create a dream location ,such as maybe your own house or place where you work and actually explore the location in your minds eye then it will keep you more occupied than worrying about what your body is doing. |
