I have a question about WBTB.

I am currently attempting a WBTB/MILD induction into a dream, and it is my first conscious attempt into lucid dreaming. I have had a few before, but I never really took advantage of them, since I didn't truly understand what I was doing. So anyways, I'm doing a WBTB, but I'm really hungry. Am I allowed to eat?

You probably don't want to be so hungry that you can't fall back asleep... on that note, eating can lead you to have less vivid dreams. So if you ARE going to eat, maybe make a lucid-aid rich meal of things that are supposed to increase dream vividness. Or you could just drink some water.

      Google is your friend :3
Just look up foods that are supposed to increase dream vividness/help with lucidity. Bananas, oranges, fish, liver, beans, nuts, eggs, chicken, carrots, and spinach are good foods to try
