Thread: Talking to yourself actually works

The power of suggestion is a lot stronger than people think.

I usually just do strong, clear, outloud dialogue, but whatever works for you. I think that actually physically saying it creates a different way of remembering something than just trying to remember something that you have only thought about.

Yes I talk to myself inside my head all the times before going to sleep and it works well.

There is a myth out there that you should not talk to yourself when attempting to WILD which is just a myth.
