So I'm currently exercising my prospective memory. If you've read EWOLD you should know the exercise suggested there i.e. for about a week (or more) each day you pick up 4 events on the next occurence of which you do a RC. When I did this I thought it was good BUT when I watched the advanced lucidipedia series the guy in them (Tim I think) presented an exercise in which you set your phone or whatever you have to ring after say 5 minutes. I think that's superior to LaBerge's exercise cause for say 5 minutes almost each minute you have the feeling "you are supposed to do something". |
