I went to sleep around 11 lastnight, set my alarm for 4, upon waking i got a drink of soda, ate a yogurt n used the restroom, i then lied in bed and counted my breaths very deeply and slowly till i got to 200, which took about an hour. I guess at this time i was either frustrated or worried about lack of sleep, because i do have school at 8, and i needed to leek again, so i restroomd, then went to sleep at 5:30, now. from 5:30 to 6, (when my alarm went off) i can recall 3-4 dreams that very very vivid and seemed to last alot longer than 30 minutes. My dream recall is improoving everyday and i take daily naps around the 2-3 Rem cycle.
however, ive only yet to have 2 lucids, both of which i woke from excitement.
Im open to suggestions and just about anything else. as of late ive been able to recall 3 dreams per night. and uhm. well yeah.
soo what do you thiink. oh and questions are good to, im pretty asleep right now so i really didnt say all that i wanted to,
