It's been a while since I've tried having a lucid dream, but I think my dream recall is above average right now, so I've started writing some of them down. Anyways, I'm looking for a method aimed at students: no sleep deprivation or waking in the middle of the night. School was the reason I quit initially, but after seeing several references to lucid dreaming, I think my brain is trying to tell me to start again . So any suggestions?
