Heres the thing. How can one shift the Physical Body to the Dream Body without entering a "dreamland"?

I'm saying waking up in your dream in the same place you fell asleep.

So I did that the first time I tried last night and was completely aware for about a few minutes dream time until I realized I was dreaming and I woke up!

What I did was Discern for a little while then fell asleep as usual staying a bit more aware of things until the moment of sleep.

With practice I'm sure I could really become balanced in my dreams.

So thats how I would like to start all my dreams from the place where I fell asleep!
