Thread: Sound Induced Lucid Dreaming?

Hey I was reading up about how your sences are still intact whilest dreaming, hence hearing external sounds are possible while in a dream.

I was thinking maybe if I wake up to do a WILD, record my vocie saying "YOU ARE DREAMING" or just "DREAM" (so I dont freak out my roommate) and I will hear it in my dream, hence attaining lucidity?

Anyone have experiences or techniques similar to this?

Yeah I think this works for some people, I've never tried it though. There are a few lucid mp3's here that you listen to while you fall asleep. You're supposed to hear them in your dream and become lucid. Try searching for lucid mp3s (the search botton at the top of the page next to log out and stuff).
