something that works for inducing SP is messing up your sleep schedule.

take lots of naps and unwanted wake ups, and more naps, and sleep deprivation (Shift), and physically exhaust yourself in the early hours.
thats sorta stuff, previous allnighters might help.

then by the time u usually go to sleep, you don't feel like sleeping, but u are hella tired. this makes your body tired and ur mind awake.
and buckle up cause that is when the ghosts will come...
