for a year i had sleep paralysis every night and i hated it. about a month ago i started getting into lucid dreaming and have been trying a bunch of techniques (havnt been lucid yet). but this morning i had sleep paralysis and i tried to hard just to relax and attain lucidity from it but i couldnt stand it for more than 5 seconds before i struggled to get out of it.
any tips on getting over this?
