Sounds like you may need to work on dream recall as that was really short. How long have you kept a dream journal for? Do you find you are able to sleep for long periods of time? Do you wake up to an alarm? |

I gave up then had my first LD. Well maybe more of a break. |

LD's: 18Listen to This Will Destroy You
last night i went into a strangers refrigerator and ate a piece of cold toast. at first i felt bad for eating it cause it wasn't mine but then told myself it's ok because this is just a dream. still didn't become lucid... but i'm getting closer! |
I'm trying to teach my mother to lucid dream at the moment. |
iv found that one of the keys to achieve lucidity is abnormal routines. maybe going to bed at a completely different time, or just taking a 1 or 2 week break from trying to lucid dream and starting again |
It took me 14 months to get my first LD. And since then i have had like 25 with minimal effort. So no need to give up yet. |
