I really want to try this but I stop at sleep paralysis. I don't even get to the hallucinations either, it just like stops progressing. I know it is sleep paralysis because it is like a lead blanket that starts at my feet and i get sorta dizzy like. My heart just starts racing for no reason,not excited or anything. I also read the technique sticky on them but how do I know when to transition?
