      Minty Green Tea and WILD

Doubt it but here it goes.

Basically you just make mint green tea before bed. I guess the caffeine helps keep your mind awake but the mint part keeps my mind sharp, almost refreshed even. I would think it would help keep your mind awake while your body is asleep to transition into a Lucid Dream from sleep paralysis.
      Just a thought.

Cool I might have to try this. I'll look around to see if my brother has any mint tea and then before I go to sleep i'll listen to some Sound Providers. Thanks for the idea!

I guess someone thought of this before I did . On the plus side, it must work.
