I have been trying to attempt WILD recently, but when i get relaxed, and i guess "Into It" I am always knocked out of focus because one of my feet will like twitch or make a small kick... I am wondering how i can stop this, or what i can do? |

Total LD's = 6 and counting! lolDILD: 5
WILD: 1
Do you do WILD before you go to sleep? If so, then the twitches are normal. It's a reflex (I forgot what it's called) |

Good luck with that! Yikes, WILDs are hard enough, doing them before falling asleep will be more than just EXTREMELY difficult. It will take about 1:30-2:00 hours just to get to REM which only lasts a few minutes at the beginning. I suggest getting up in the middle of the night to have a much better chance and experiace. (Waking up 3:30, 5:00, or 6:30 hours after falling asleep is prety good) |

The less you think about the itches and twitches, the better your WILD will go. Remember, you don't need to be still to WILD. It's all about comfort. |
