Hi I have a question concerning wilding.
When I try it I always try to relax, hold still and try to keep my mind aware. Though, if I focus my thoughts on lucid dreaming, sleep paralysis, entering a dream and what so on, I can't just get to sleep, I just get more and more awake, which finally ends with me being totaly awake in the middle of the night.
On the other hand, when I focus on nothing special and think about this and that, I forget to keep aware and my mind falls to sleep after a few hours.

Anyone there who shares/ed this experience or knows what to do against it?
