About RCs...

If I am going to start doing RCs the way I want to, I need to remember to do them every time I stand up or sit down. But I find myself forgetting to do it... Who here has had problems like this, and how did you remember to do it?

If I am going to start doing RCs the way I want to, I need to remember to do them every time I stand up or sit down. But I find myself forgetting to do it... Who here has had problems like this, and how did you remember to do it? Hmm, why standing up or sitting down? If I were trying to remember, I'd do something like tie an object to my wrist, so that it sat by me but started to swing and draw my attention when I stood up or sat down. Like a little piece of thread with... a short pencil or something the size and weight of a quarter or other coin. Then you should be paying attention to the fact that you're standing and sitting every time that you are. Dunno if you wanna do it in public, though

Because in a few dreams lately, I've noticed myself sitting down at any chance... And because I couldn't really think of anything else to do it with... Thanks. I'll try that.
