First two lucids in one night

First I tried to WILD straight away, I reached a point many times where my body was very heavy many times but no further.
I used the water wake method and woke up waited for a while then tried to WILD (took me ages cos I left it too long. I fell asleep normally then I heard something about a cat and thought "wait I'm in a dream". I rubbed my hands and performed reality checks I knew I was dreaming but the world around me seemed blurry. I tried to fly suceeded first go but had very limited control. Straight away I flew into fence and wake up. I then attempt another WILD, It worked this time I drifted off into sleep with WILD then began dreaming weakly it then strengthened and I even felt the snow crunch underfoot. I travelled to a place I know well And talked to people, they were all people I knew. They decided they were gonna play a song but I didn't want them to so I tried to fast forward the song then woke.

So is 2 LDs within a week of trying good? Especially since I was lucky to remember 1-2 dreams/week last week? I'm gonna work on my recall by starting a dream diary.

Ok. I have some good news, and some bad news. I'll give you the good news first.

Good News: Yes! Two lucids in one night is awesome! I can tell you are really hyped up and ready to have lucid dreams! In second dream, did you actually complete the WILD, or did you fall asleep into a DILD?

Bad News: Recalling 1-2 dreams a week is terrible recall. You need to remember at least 1-2 dreams a night if you want to get better at lucid dreaming. Do you keep a dream journal? You would be surprised how much a dream journal actually helps your recall.

I meant that my recall is now 1-2 dreams/per day compared to 1-2/week before.
My first was a DILD but my second was a WILD.

How can I ground myself so I don't lose my dream again?

You could try spinning or rubbing your hands. If you still wake up, you could re-enter the dream using DEILD.
