Every time I have done this it has worked for me.
I hope it works for you too as I have heard the reasoning of this method from others as well after talking about it.
Most know WILDing is best done on your back. (out of your normal sleep position) and keeps you from falling asleep too quickly.
I bet most have tried this only to find themselves still awake hours later.
Most give up, as I have often, feeling cheated and a bit angry for the waste of time.
Well many of my co-Luciders and myself agree there is a body switch that stops you going to sleep when lying on your back (and similar...sitting upright etc).
Many times I have WILDed since, lying on my back, but with my head to the side and tilted upwards slightly. (Don't give yourself a stiff neck though).
We think this "switch" is linked to your head position and is located around the neck area. By doing this twist you trick your body (neck) into thinking you aren't sleeping on your back (or awake).
So unless over a long time you have trained yourself to sleep upright or on your back, or have done so all your life, try this method and it may just get you WILDing in the favorite position.
(Before any retort with "their position has worked"...I am only going on reports and communications I have had, and how many documents say to lay on your back to accomplish results)
