So, firstly I want to flat out say my dream recall is pretty terrible, so I'm starting a dream journal and all that jazz but frankly, what is the quickest/easiest way to obtain a LD? So far from what I've gathered using a combination of MILD and FILD seems to be the way to go. I'm debating between using the going to bed thirsty method to train yourself to wake up or just using an alarm clock, so for some of the more experienced lucid dreamers what would you recommend?
