Easiest way is to sleep 6 hours or basically when you felt you had slept enough and feel not too sleepy but awake enough to 'work'. Then you choose something in your room that is a permanant fixture like say a window or a door. Then lets say you chose the window, you interact with it by opening it closing it and looking at the corners the glass etc for like a few minutes. Then when your done look at the window from far as a window as a whole then do a reality check and be genuine about the check. Then go back to sleep and clear your mind of any thought except focus on your breathing and you will fall asleep and have a dream with you tinkering with that window and remembering to reality check.
