      About WILDs

So I had a question, what does it take to break SP or the time up til SP? For example: will swallowing or licking of lips break such a state? If not what does it take? Im always worried about wetting my lips, but its nice simply out of comfort.

I've wondered the same thing. When I get into SP, I can feel the tingling and see the Hypnogogic Imagery and everything, but I still swallow and lick my lips. I wonder if that's breaking the SP or not but when I swallow or lick my lips the SP doesn't go away.

As I understand it, under SP proper you can generally still move your face, eyes fingers and toes.

I really have troubles while counting. I will be at like 167 then out of nowhere I will be up to 200! I start to think about something else and I am not comprehending that I am counting.

Thats not actually a bad thing. It means your minds drifting. Your being interupted by random thoughts and/or images as you drift deeper into dream mode.

If you were 100% alert, you wouldn't be able to WILD.
You don't need to be 100% alert, you just want a small bit of your mind remaining conscious and aware.

There is a reason why it is called Paralysis. I mean you cannot move any part of your body beside what people call "twin body". It happens so fast and you have to think fast or get out fast and enter in a dream, let alone counting to 200. The thing what you are talking about is not SP, it is just the numbness of your body while you are sleeping. Yes, you can't feel your body but you are still able to move them. SP is different. At least thats my thought from my personal expriences
