      Testing new LLDT

The new and hopefully inproved LLDT (Louie Lucid Dream Technique) should be make you have lucid dreams more. I haven't tried it out yet because I just thought of it. So if it was helpful or not then still reply this. OKay?

Louie's Lucid Dream Technique. Here is a possible and hopefully easy technique for getting a good lucid dream. Follow basic instructions and you may become lucid in no time. Read the instructions before trying it out. It may be confusing. You should read the extras too.

      1. Get your self tired. Read a book or do what ever you do to make your self fall asleep quicker.
      2. Carefully re-read or write in your dream journal. This should be a boost.
      3. Find a small object to put in your hand before you fall asleep and try to make sure its in a way so that it won't fall out of your hand.
      4. While falling asleep give your self confidence that your going to have a lucid dream but don't be stressed about it. Just have a lil confidence.
      ---------Louie Lucid Dream Technique-------
      5. Once you are asleep you should have a dream. If so you should feel the small object in your hand and you'll remember that you're trying to have a lucid dream. --Note: Don't get too excited! If you start to wake up concentraite on your hand and focus.--

      Some Extras-
      1. To keep yourself asleep do what was in number five. Look at your hand or the object in your hand and focus on it. Do this if your waking up.
      2. If you want to change the inviorment make a door appear and know what you want on the other side and go right through.
      3. Remeber that you can do anything! So take the advantage.
      4. Once you can no longer sleep immediatly remember to write in your journal.

--Thanks for reading and I hope this will be helpful to all of you.--

Okay and again I haven't tried it out yet but I will and I really hope this helps okay?

Hrm... being able to bring something into your dream, that'd be cool!...but what if you forget you fell asleep with it? I mean, I sleep on the same pillow every night, and I don't think in my dreams "Woah! I'm not on my pillow! I must be dreaming!". I'm just saying, that's my thoughts on it. Maybe it'll work for you.I like the name !

well, I usually find myself with a sword in alot of my good dreams, so i might just grasp the handle of my sword when i go to sleep. And yes, it will be sheathed so i dont accidentally kill myself

taking things out, yes i've often wished that myself. If I could do that, I would be the most powerful human being in the world today

u shuld prob. post evry few days until it is sucessful. i didnt really try it yet myself becus i havnt had much time. this technique culd just take a few trys to be a succes. i really hope it is becus it seems like a good idea and it kinda frustratin comin up w/it. this shuld work. if u feel the object and look at ur hand for it to be ther u must remember that it is a dream. u also hav to be really tired and comfortable. i just hope that this works and that i didnt waste anyones time. especially ur time.

Louie, I've tested your method a couple of times, not intentionsly but it works perfectly for me.I have problems with waking up early so I often program the alarm on my cell phone more then once, so I actualy sleep with it in my hand, and because the dreams I have when I know that I will have to get up form bed soon, are very light and I'm usually aware of the fact that my cell phone is in my hand (I allways know when the alarm will go off so I wake a few seconds before it does) and I often start a dream of it in which it is usually deformed, has some button missing, once it was invisible and I was moving it trough my blancket .And this is where the LD starts.....
I think that the reason of me being so consious in these morning dreams is the fear that I wont get on time.

If you begin to lose lucidity and are waking up...are you sure you should concentrate on the object in your hand? Or take grasp of something in the dream world? Sounds good, though...I'll try it tonight!

this sounds a bit like my FAT technique (look in tutorials) but i think he made this off his own back.

so, your saying that the object will serve as a 'string on the finger' to remind yourself of something?

      sounds plausable...

but yeah it DOES kind of resemble FAT

who's smth? yea i guess it is kinda like ur idea but its not a copy. i had a lucid dream once and i culd feel the diff. between my dream body and my real body. i just thought the thing in ur hand shuld kinda alarm u bout that.
about the cell phone. i got an idea that i can add. if u hav a cell phone and u got the lil vibrate ring, u shuld set an alarm while its in ur hand but the alarm shuldnt ring it shuld just vibrate wen its in ur hand in the middle of the nite. i hope that wasnt confusing but i think it shuld increase ur chances by like alot! i'll try it w/my technique.
