problem with last lucid
the other night i had a dream and i became aware of that and did a reality check. i was excited but then started to lose the dream. so i told my self to calm down but then i started having an anxiety attack.
i don't know why. i don't think it was because i was lucid. or maybe i was over excited because it was the first time i did a reality check (my finger went right through my whole hand). but i knew there was nothing to stress about. what the hell?
if this were to happen again, what do i do?

hmmm, maybe just sit down indian style in dream, and meditate a little on the dream itself...
when this happend to me.. I sat down, and a carpet was imediatly under me, and it felt like I was floating up.. this weekend try to wild :D and see how it gose!
