WILD's are hard enough to achieve without the hindrance of shallow breathing. Does anybody else have this? I try my best to get to Sleep Paralysis but, during the day, and during the night, I HAVE TO take a deep breath to get some oxygen. But the thing that ruins it for me is the fact that to get this deep breath, I have to move my entire chest and abdomen to make it feel right. This tells my body that I am completely awake and I get frustrated so I stop.
Any tips on how to get over this?
