Breath normally? |
|
WILD's are hard enough to achieve without the hindrance of shallow breathing. Does anybody else have this? I try my best to get to Sleep Paralysis but, during the day, and during the night, I HAVE TO take a deep breath to get some oxygen. But the thing that ruins it for me is the fact that to get this deep breath, I have to move my entire chest and abdomen to make it feel right. This tells my body that I am completely awake and I get frustrated so I stop. |

But to get to sleep paralysis, you can move beforehand. Even minutes beforehand. You can wake up in the middle of a dream and twiddle your fingers for a while (FILD technique) or turn off an alarm (DEILD technique, or normal laziness) and re-enter a dream within a minute. |

I've actually found this to be true. The first time I FILDed, my entire body started vibrating except for the two moving fingers. It was like the vibrations had already taken care of the rest of the body and it was fighting to eat up the two moving fingers as well. As if it was like the black thing from Spiderman 3 trying to eat me up completely and it couldn't finish the two fingers. |
