its rare for me to talk to her so it could have been a dream.
ex2. this one is widely over looked. if you think about a dream and why you dont get lucid. its becase you are accepting crazy stuff for reality.
the only time i can think of doing this is movies. if you watch harry potter and someone casts a spell. you just accept it. dont. dont accept anything that doesnt fit. do a rc. durring the movie to conferm to yourself that its a movie
try that
I think that is not a good idea. Give me a second to tell you why. As you said yourself, in dreams you don't get lucid, because you're accepting crazy stuff. So when you're accepting it, that stuff does not seem crazy to you at all. Remember, you're not lucid yet - if it doesn't seem crazy or strange to you, you won't make an RC and so you won't become lucid. Therefore your method is inefficient.
I'm doing RCs whenever I recall to make one, which is quite often. But you have to do them with dedication. Don't just automatize it, you have to find out if you are dreaming or not, even if you're 100% sure you're awake. The more often you do RCs, the higher the chance you do them in a dream with no special trigger and become lucid.
