Hi all, my first post, I am very new here, but here's the trick:
I found this by an accident, I was very tired and fell into bed with my daily working clothes. I was not even under the blanket. And then I immediately fell a sleep. But I was disturbed about clothes. So I was like little bit awake. Then I realized that I was dreaming and I understood that I was dreaming. And I even thought: "I should take my clothes off and then I could return to this dream" 
Then I realized I was dreaming, and I got exited about this trigger. Lucid state didn't last long. I woke up, wrote down my experience, and undressed and went to sleep because I needed to go work very early.
So, I tried it again later next day. On purpose I went to bed with clothes. And yes, same trigger again. Lucid time didn't last long. I guessed that sleeping with clothes was too disturbing. I experienced with different loads of clothing. But it was interesting.
Try to experiment with this and let me know how You did.
