      question about WBTB

i posted this under gameovers wbtb tutorial, but got no reply
When you are doing wbtb you re supposed to be up fo 30-90 minutes in the night. And that means 30-90 minutes less sleep. And I want my sleep! im just wondering if it ok to go to bed like an hour or more earlier. How do you guys do?

I like to drink 2 cups of water before I goto bed and when I wake up I goto the bathroom, look at Dreamviews, do some reality checks, and go back to bed. I usually only stay up for about 10-20 minutes. After 20 minutes it makes it very hard to fall asleep again. I usually only do this technique on the weekends.

Go ahead and go to bed earlier, that always help!

It is better to use this technique when you have more time to sleep. Loss of sleep is not good.
