Okay so is it daydreams??? Well because before I go to bed I vizulize I Think about this series I read and I twist it and add characters and things So I was wondering if this is vizualization??? I know this really doesn't belong with attaining lucid dreaming wel I guess It could how could I use this to become lucid???
