Well, that didn't work.
I tried WBTB last night, decided that I was going to go to bed at 930 and be asleep by 10(pm) I was exausted at 8 pm, but then wasnt as tired. I got in bed at 930 and was not tired at all. Half an hour, i looked at my watch and se t the time farther back in the morning. I finally set it to 5 15 and probably fell asleep at 1130ish.
I woke up at 515 and read Stephan Laberges book for 45 minutes.
I tried to go to sleep after I read his book, but failed and stayed up.
How do you sleep after with WBTB, I can't go to sleep very early becasue im used to going to sleep very late. And once im up I cant go to sleep.
Any ways to get to sleep better? I really don't have access to dream herbs or ordering things online, I dun have a credit card(im 15) or the money to spend on anything, since I need to buy some things.
Any help would be highly appreciated.

The same thing happens to me. Try somthing like 20 minutes next time and work up untill you find the longest you can stay up for and still go back to sleep.
