About 30-40%, however its kind of like flipping a coin every ten minautes waiting to get a heads. You could move the time back half an hour, so you have an hour an a half to try and do this.

No, it takes about one or two tries to do it.

Heh, nice one Wendy I'm going to try out your variation and study the results and components involved that had been added and changed. Also, when you describe hallucinations, how strong? The amount that I desribed or something else. Please explain

It depends, how tired you our. When you wake up quickly go back to bed for best results, also try to relax.

Thats actually true, I for one failed todays attempt because I didn't do an RC.

Read the method, lol. Essentially when you have hallucinations you do this.

Well, hallucinations can vary. There are the strong vivid images and then there are the "I think I saw some form of something". Could you describe more thoroughly?

Btw, instead of grabbing something last night, I did this and had an FA later on, so that shows interest. I guess since the fact that you're getting up with a mindset that you're still in your bed, it induces the environment to always initialize in a room.

Well, its when you're just about to nod off and you feel really light headed and can hear stuff. It doesn't have to be vivid, you just need to be light headed.

Heh I understand you. Thanks for clearing that up Wendy. So tonight Imma try this at sometime tonight again when my head "feels light". Now last question. I am curious if its the light-headedness right before passing out at the border of sleep, like Fild. Or the feeling of nowhere around you like "hmm I feel comfortable".

Both, however more of the second. You have to phase out a little.

I can't imagine my girlfriend being too happy about me getting in and out of bed every 5 minutes, but I like the idea. I have had success with just imagining myself getting out of bed over and over. This is sort of the same thing, but for those who have trouble vividly imagining something.

It's no different from an RC, though I personally can tell when I'm dreaming mostly without an RC. The reason for this is because in a WILD you may not be able to tell sometimes if you're asleep or awake mostly because you usually create a dream in the same environment (you go to sleep in your bed, and start having the dream that you're in your bed).

Sorry, but you don't get out of you're bed every 5 minautes. The only time you get out of you're bed is when you're really light headed and can hear voices in you're head or noises, also you're slipping from consciousness. Trust me I have never gotten out of my bed and I'm not in a dream. It just really real and you might think you're in the dream.

For example I successfully did this last night, I got out of bed, everything seemed real. However, I did an RC and looked around then walked out of the house.

Trust me you won't be waking you're girlfriend every five minautes.

If you do this right, then I pretty sure even if you did try to move you're real body you would be in sleep paralyse.

You don't open you're eyes. You quickly rush out of bed. This is too different things, basically you're in sort of a sleep paralyse, however you don't know it.

Again, don't open you're eyes. Move out of you're bed and do an RC, then you're find yourself in a dream.

But you haven't mentioned that your eyes are closed either.

Just forget you're eyes. Don't even mention them again in this thread.

Also, sometimes when you do this you can't move at all. You're sort of in sleep paralyse, so the thing you need to do is too force yourself out of you're bed. This takes alot of strength because it kind of like lifting weights, however after you have got yourself out of bed you're in the dream. This happen to me last night, so if you find yourself unable to move, then you try you're hardest to move out of you're bed.

BUT wheny you are concious and not in a dream, it's not like you have to look around your room to make sure your still alive...

As above, you never actually fail this technique. I have never gotten out of the bed and I'm not in a dream. However, in the dream you can be tricked alot. I failed it like five times, by getting tricked.

This is easy, I had like twenty lucid dreams from this. Maybe, I should bullet point everything. I will think about how to explain it easier.

Firstly, it when you slip into and out of consciousness then you do it. Lastly, you don't imagine getting out of bed, you actually move yourself out of bed, like you would do normally.

On the timing issue, you don't have to be exact, you do it when you feel yourself being real weak and light headed and slip into and out of consciousness.

No, Tweek. You don't imagine. You go to move like you would normally do. Just do the technique, seriously. This involves no visualization or imagining or anysort.

Earlier you said that it's like flipping a coin as to whether or not this works when you try to get out of bed. In one of your last couple of posts though you've said:
