Anyway, to not clog up Malac's thread I made another thread, with a more successful and less gay variation of his theory. This involves no visualization.
So basically, I have to wake up 9pm most days. So I do this technique at 8pm. Its really improtant to do this an hour before you wake up. You have to abit tired.
So you wake up at 8pm and then just lay there. Now relax, this is improtant, note no meditation. You will find there will be hallucinations like for example sounds or random thoughts distracting you.
So when the hallucinations get strong like for example you can hear stuff or colours appears, quickly get out of you're bed. You should start by moving you're arms up and then get out of you're bed.
Then look for something to varify its a dream, for example is the time wrong or something is missing. If so you have succeeded, walk out of you're dream house. If not try again.
The dreams feels real, and before you get fully into the dream you will fill like you're actually moving you're body. This is a trick, so I would look for signs that it is a dream.
Note. When seeing hallucinations it improtant to quickly get out of you're bed and then check to see if you're in a dream, even if you think its silly. As you might get lucky and it builds the habit of doing it.
So in basic words,
1)Wake up an hour before you have to wake up.
2)Wait for hallucinations to happen.
3)Quickly move out of you're bed.
4)Check to see if in dream.
5)If not try again.
The good thing about this technique is that you can keep on trying and if you fail then you just have a normal dream of which when you wake up you can remeber. Saying that I been really succesfull so far, although the lucid dreams in this technique can be pretty bad, like being chased by a hammer.
P.S. The M stands for Malac or movement.
