      Lucid dream to unconcious dream?

      I had a dream last night and i became lucid using the count your fingers reality check. I had fun and explored a bit but then some dream characters came up to me and we began talking (i dont remember the conversation) after that i kind of lost lucitity and could not gain it back. yet i was still in the same dream.

      has this happened to anyone before?

      yes, it happens often, this is what many members refer to as "losing lucidity" it is simply the transition from LD to norm dream

      would you consider it strange if an alien spent several hours prone each night while their soul roamed in another dimension? We are strange creatures..
