DEILD (Dream Exit Induced Lucid Dream)
Well im diffrent cause i got smashed in my head a while ago, but yes.
Going to sleep, then waking up and laying back down and such always has worked for me to lucid dream.
What i found best, is completely letting go of your whole body, Ignore and let go of every muscle in your body, and just focus in the center of your mind.
Forget about everything else, don't think anything, just let go.
Wait for pictures appear, then i start to lucid dream very vividly.
Another tip i have for you guys. Once you have a lucid dream and you wake from it. Dont get up. Lay back down and try to lucid dream again.
I found once i have a lucid dream, i can easly lay back down and start lucid dreaming again.
Or if i get SP( sleep paralysis) even if i get up and it stops, if i lay back down it starts again.
So well those are my tips, atleast the ones i can think of right now. I need to get to bed heh 2:30 in the morning im tired....
Sorry for the spelling mistakes but im not going back to fix them
Edit: okay one last thing i forgot to say. Everyone keeps saying around here, "Try" to lucid dream, i hear everyone saying there trying to lucid dream.
Well from what ive experienced, lucid dreaming is not about trying, its about not trying.
The only thing you need to do, is stay aware / awake. You dont need to try to lucid dream. The lucid dream will happen on its own, you just gotta stay conscious long enough.
These of course are all my personal opinions and may not work for you.
But i feel alot of you guys around here are having problems lucid dreaming, because your literally trying to lucid dream, and that dosen't work, you have to let you sub conscious take you to a lucid dream, you cant take yourself there yourselfs.
