      A few specific WILD Q's

Alrighty. I know this place is probably sick of WILD questions. Sorry. xP

1.) I was reading through a thread earlier and someone advised that after you reached SP you were supposed to put a lot of conscious effort into entering the dream...Now, I had the impression that it was supposed to sorta flow and happen on it's own...?

2.) I've also read that it's extremely difficult to WILD at night. I'm assuming that this is because the body is going straight into deep sleep... Now, is it ATTEMPTING to go into deep sleep, or does it actually do so while your mind is "awake"? And if it's the latter, would waiting out roughly 90 minutes ( one cycle) let you go into the Dream?

3.) Also, I had my gal bladder removed a while back, and almost every time I get into SP or feel like I'm getting close, I get this insanely distracting tingle/tickle feeling right there where the cut was-- and it seems to simply build up more and more. Anyone else have similar happenings? Or advice on how to bypass it?

4.) Also, just a more general question, does anyone have tips on being conscious enough upon waking up to prevent myself from being only about 10% conscious upon waking up? xD Without even thinking/knowing it, as soon as the alarm goes off, I GET UP out of bed to turn the alarm off, and collapse right back into the bed without realizing.

Thanks for taking the time to read. =]
