Hostile hallucinations
I'm going to try a WILD for the first time ever this night. But I've heard that it causes very scary and even hostile hallucinations that seem very real.
Is this true? Does it prevent you from becoming lucid?
People have told me to keep breathing and relax, but that's hard when someone is force choking you, isn't it?

It shouldn't be too hard. Just always remember that nothing that is happening is real and your body is in no real danger. Your brain doesn't have to be relaxed completly until SP is done doing all those wierd things to you.
:dreaming:

I've never experienced anything like being choked while trying to WILD but the pre-WILD hallucinations can easily break your concentration. Often times, the hardest ones to ignore aren't hostile, just creepy. I've heard someone yelling my name from the next room or just slamming doors when there is no one else in my house. Other times, I've thought I could see someone standing over me in my room, even though I should know that my eyes are closed. The hardest ones are the sounds because they will come while it is still possible to really move which will wake you up. If you can, just ignore them, but above all, do a reality check before anything else. You may find that you are already in the dream, dreaming about lying in bed.

Why the hell is it that I read about WILD's and people hearing and seeing bad things right before I go to bed?
Wtf...
I know that I'm going to soon forget about this with my ADHD but while I'm laying in bed fantizing about some girl I'll never get, that's going to pop in my head then I won't be able to sleep...
...and then I'll forget about where I left off in my fantasy of the dream girl.
