Weird Lucidness

Hey, once again, i have a ?......ok so last night i had a strange lucid dream.....not goin into it cuz, truthfully, it was kinda gross.....so anyways, i realized i was lucid but then, as i have heard is normal, my dream faded away.....the weird thing is that, first of all, wen i was in the dream, it felt like i was remembering the dream, not "in" it.....is that normal?....also, how come i didnt remember to spin or rub my hands or watever to keep the dream going?.....it didnt even flash through my mind even tho i always tell myself to spin to keep things going IF i have a lucid dream....not in the dream, but when i go to bed....so y didnt i do it?

ummm, no help?.....i'm not trying to sound selfish or anything, but i really need help....it seems the b a brick wall i'v hit....so please help me, and thanks to those who will....

You might not have been in control of your dream... When you realize that you're lucid, try some techniques to stabilize your dream and to create a more vivid dream... Last night I also forgot to rub my hands, until it was too late... Keep trying to remind yourself during the day, that you should rub your hands and spin around... Try to remind yourself in stressful moments because if you remember in stressful moments during the day, then you'll remember in your dreams...
