It seems that every night that I go to bed, I really can't seem to get Lucid. Now, I know I'm still just beginning, so I am mostly focusing on dream recall during the night. Is it still good to try and practise becoming Lucid when I take a nap for an hour/hour and a half?
Usually I take a nap before my dinner is ready, and thats the first time I believe I came lucid (although I did not feel like I was THERE, yet when I noticed twelve fingers I became very startled/excited and involuntarily woke up)
So my main question is. Is it a bad idea to practise just plain ol' dream recall during the night, and maybe try practising becoming lucid AS I'm dozing off in a afternoon nap?
