That's the finger technique, the one kind of WILD. I just have a few questions about it.
1. What are the guidelines for getting up, in order to successfully do this? What I have been doing (for other techniques) is waking up with an alarm, getting up to piss, and then going back to bed. Will getting up out of bed in any way invalidate my attempt?
2. Most people say when they do the FILD, they end up in their room in their LD. Would doing something like turning on the light in RL and seeing if my room is dark when I start the dream serve as an effective reality check? And if not, what works without moving too much (if that matters?) I was thinking of combining the light in the room with a nose RC.
3. Do you get the vibrations and stuff or do you just end up doing the RC and saying to yourself "I don't even remember falling asleep?"
