So I was laying there, focusing on my breathing and relaxing my body. I was probably laying down for about 60-70 minutes when my left foot just started twitching uncontrollably. I got really scared.
Does this have anything to do with lucid dreaming, or is it just an early symptom of something like parkinsons? :shock:

Insomnia, sleep apnea, muscle twitches, and lucid dreaming?
I've had weird involuntary movements like that before, usually when I'm on the verge of falling asleep. Nothing to worry about.
