      a WILD breakthrough?

I have been practicing WILDs every night now for about 4 days. havnt been at it too long but im not sure if i made headway this morning or not. It was certainly an interesting experience

I went to bed at around 2:00 AM. and set my alam clock for 7:00AM.
I know i woke up right during a REM cycle because i could hear my alarm clock in my dream. I was playing guitar hero and everytime i hit a key i would hear some really loud and irritating buzz. over and over again this annoying buzz. (my alarm)

so my clock woke me up and i walked around the house for about 5 minutes (Any longer for me and it will be impossible to fall asleep again).
i was lying there for about 30 minutes and suddenly without warning it i just felt my entire body go numb. I started to see small color patterns and dark silhouettes of figures. all the time i lost any feeling that i was lying in bed and instead just felt like i was standing in a very dark room with people passing me by

i got incredibly excited thinking "this must be it!"
my excitement caused it to soon fade away.

Were these the first stages of me entering a dream?
