Hello friends Whats with my 3rd eye?

Ive been noticing somtimes that i'll be really tired and when i close my eyes i will see patterns, or objects, or siluettes of people walking, right off the bat. Im not sleeping im just closing my eyes and trying to fall asleep. Once i do fall asleep i am instantly lucid without even trying. It only happens when i've been stressing out alot it seems. Anyone have a similar case or might know whats going on a little better?

Yes, I've definitely had a similar case. It has happened a few times. Once, I closed my eyes and put my hands lightly over them to block out all light. I kind of stared through the blackness and began to see solid objects, the silhouette of a person as seen from above and strange three-dimensional moving patterns. What made these visual phenomena different from the usual colors and patterns seen by closed eyes was their solidity. I could look in another direction and the object wouldn't move with my eyes. It seemed almost as if I was in an extremely dark dark room and someone would occasionally let a tiny spot or crack of light in and illuminate something. Is this what you mean? Perhaps I'm just crazy.

its just your 'inner' eye or 'dream' eye, 3rd eye, whatever the F*%! u wanna call it, is developing more in depth with vivid imagery. vivid imagery is the same thing that can make your dreams more in depth and vivid(duh). lol. after my mind got better with vivid imagery, it started feeling like my dreams were more vivid than possible, more than in real life. if you're are thinking this is a bad thing, its not. haha. definately a good thing. try working even more on it, by looking at something simple, like a quarter, then closing your eyes and seeing it just as vivid with your inner eye. make sense?

if you think you're good enough, look down on it from above, then close your eyes and re-create it. then try to change your perspective(still with eyes closed), like you took a step to the right and you are now looking at it from an angle. try to hold the image and make it vivid if you can. then you can open your eyes and step to the right and see if you were close to recreating the image from an angle.... =p

Thanks for the replys. to respond to reply #1, no ur not crazy, thats exactly what i meant, lol. And to reply #2, i will definately try the idea with the quarter. An everyday object that is already familiar would work out nicely!
