      Multiple DEILDs

This is the first thread I've started other than my introduction about a week ago. I thought I'd just tell my experiance lastnight with DEILDs.

Last night I somewhat gave up on trying to WILD, I've never been able to WILD at night before bed anyways. I usually have good luck with that during daytime hours when I'm tired.
Anyway.........I think trying to WILD kept my mind in the right mind set for a DEILD. I woke up later in the night but remembered to stay still and keep my eyes closed, at this point I kept my mind focused as if I where trying to WILD. Bam!! quick and easy I went right into lucidness after some short vibrations. I'd wake up quite often and do the same thing over and over again just like I've read you should do. I had at least 4 back to back short DEILDs.
If I hadn't slept in so long this morning I'd probly be able to remember more details about what I did while lucid.
This was the first time I can remember having multiple DEILDs, I know if it weren't for the tips I've been reading on this site over the last week I wouldn't have been able to do this.

Oh yeah, just for the hell of it, I ate a piece of toast before I went to bed with a ton of peanut butter on it. LOL

I find that peanut butter does in fact help my recall.

well that means it could definately help with DEILDs, since the key is REMEMBERING to stay still and not open your eyes... i dont know... i would try tomorow but i have to wake up early for a drug test.

Haha, I read about some others eating peanut butter and they said it helped.
I had nothing to loose, plus I was still hungry so it worked out. I'll probly eat more before bed tonight.
I don't think it make much of a difference but it can't hurt.

I discovered this method like a week and a half ago. I prefer it now because it involves only a few seconds of my time. The way I first found it was when I was losing a LD and was rubbing my hands. I lost it but didn't move once I was awake. I just tried to keep pretending to rub my hands and picture the sensation. In like 5 seconds, I could really feel my hands rubbing. Then I was dreaming. Then I did it a few more times that night. It is a sweet feeling when you are back in a dream and like...here we go again.

I could only get this to work when I was sleeping on my side with my hands in the same general area.
Forget it! Nobody is going to get him! Long gone. DEVIN HESTER YOU ARE RIDICULOUS!
