I have some good earth tea. Its ingredients known to help lucid dreams are Rose Hips, Chamomile, Cinamon, Peppermint, and Anise. I looked up all the other ingredients, and they appear to be completely non-toxic. |

well it really depends on the person. are you a smoker? if you are then smoking it will be more relaxing for you (if you like the taste of the teasmoke) since you are accustomed to smoke in ur lungs. to a non-smoker, the smoke will most likely be un-enjoyable. |
|
Well I'm kind of an ex-smoker, and I want something to smoke. |
|
I have only heard of Anti-smoking Tea to help you quit smoking. |
|
That blend will very likely taste bad and be harsh and cause pointless harm, plus none of those ingredients are psychoactive enough to give substantial effects when smoked. If you want to experiment with smokable dream inducers then browse an ethnobotanical retail site and read the descriptions, or go to erowid or some other site and study plant ethnogens. |

Inahaling any form of smoke isn't good for your bronchi or bronchioles in general. If you're an ex-smoker stay that way if you can. Smoking anything can undermine your mindset of staying a non smoker an increase your health, lung capacity, decrease risk of stroke, and countless other things. Drink the tea for your own health. |

Everyone knows what happens in Vegas stays in Vegas, however, few are familiar with the North Vegas slogan: What happens in North Vegas will haunt your dreams forever.
I once tried to smoke some dream tea and found that the ingredients just didn't burn right and it completely failed. |
|
Haha I totally tried that, and I didn't find a difference. |

"If you cut me blood wouldn't come out The Mars Volta would. Every one would say 'Where IS that high-pitched singing and mind-blowing guitar coming from?' and I'd be all 'Oh my bad, I cut my finger on this broken glass...'"

My point of view on this is that it's probably useless. The herbs you mentioned are popular for teas because thats probably the best way to injest them. Burning it might destroy the components you want or it might not even volatilize them at all. Plus I always found the relaxing effect of a camomille tea to be helpfull for my dreaming, smoking crap gives headaches. |
|
The active ingredients of the herbs in the Tea you mentioned are more likely to be destroyed, or most of them, when burned in a cigarette/joint. So drinking the Tea seems like the ideal way of ingestion to reach the desired effects; You get all active chemicals contained in the plants. Sometimes some of these plant substances are water insoluble; Like THC in Cannabis. Thus this herb is usually smoked. Most herbs however, like Tea, Mushrooms, Chacruna & Caapi (Ayahuasca), Chamomille, lavender..etc are perfect for water-infusions, 'cause their main active substances and essential oils are watersoluble. |

I really don't think smoking helps. |

In very many cases, the visionary quality, the quality of the vision so to say, spills over, into the external world, so that the experiencer, when he opens his eyes, sees the outer world transfigured...
